Great customer service! Dealt with over Christmas holidays and stayed late after hours to complete the deal without rushing us out! Would recommend to anyone!

Rob and the team at Kelowna Chrysler provided a great experience for me in purchasing my brand new car. For it being Rob’s first sale he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep products. Super friendly, easy to chat with (not pushy) and aimed to make it a great experience for me! I would buy from Rob again. This was my third purchase from Kelowna Chrysler and I would go back but hoping that next time we will get help a little bit quicker. It took a bit for someone to approach us to see if we needed help. Giving them 5 stars because of the experience Rob and the managers provided once we had someone approach us. Thanks Rob!!

Kelowna Chrysler staff were friendly, helpful and professional, not at all the typical car sales experience. Their new sales person Taylor Menzel was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the deal come together meeting all of my expectations.
