A repeat and loyal customer, I recently experienced a horrible interaction with CarOne, during which I was met with rude service representatives, sub-standard service by their technicians, improper documentation and a lot of fast-talk/backtracking. After bringing my vehicle (bought in June) to have a look at the brakes, both agreed on the issue but differed on who should have been responsible. Brought the vehicle home and dead) of course a separate issue, towed it there (on my dime) and told nothing would be covered under the warranty I purchased. Paid the $1500 bill (which they could not explain to me, nor what the issue had been) and then, after speaking to Canada General and requested to cancel said warranty. They would not. Ensure you check all small print, they say items/coverage is included (Ie Snow tires) but later charged me for them. Asked to return and also denied on that front. I requested an audience with the manager numerous times however he was constantly unavailable.
