The WORST Customer Care & Service with This Dealer and Toyota Canada Ever!

NO STARTS if possible, for the WORST customer care and service. Both the Dealership and Toyota do not take any responsibility for a known manufacturer defect/design flaw that has a "Tech Tip" supplied by Toyota. Instead they place the blame on the customer and tell them it's their fault, when it's clearly not. Then they suggest putting it through your car insurance to pay for the repairs which were over $6000 on a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. All the while they refuse to provide a rental or loaner vehicle while I paid for a rental for a month because the vehicle was useless without the repair. You're told you'll be taken care of if anything should go wrong and that you're part of the family and they truly care about their customers, but it's NOT true at all. The Dealership and Toyota simply DO NOT CARE about anything except lining their own pockets. It's despicable and unconscionable behavior. Shame on you Heffner Motors and Toyota Canada. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR GET IT REPAIRED HERE!
