You know, while I have to say that the service department has usually provided good mechanical service and customer service, it amazes me that the sales department is the the complete antithesis of that statement. Not only are they completely unknowledgeable about their product, they have, so it seems, zero interest in treating people like valued customers. On one recent occasion while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced, I tried sitting in a corvette in the showroom that had the windows down and doors open, you know like try me out and see how I feel. Well after I step out of the the salesman comes charging over with a rag and a dirty look on his face and begins cleaning the inside of the car, presumably where ever I might have laid my "filthy ignorant hands on" at least by his expression. I asked the questions about the vehicle, to which he tried to shrug me off by saying, "I don't know I would have to look it up", then went on cleaning.
