Additional review - terrible sales service! After the corvette incident, I pulled on to the dealership grounds with my 2019 Silverado considering a move up to the 2500 series. Do you think any of the sales team inside hanging around the desk would come out to see me? No. So I go in and ask for help, where they look at each other like, uh you go - Then they elect someone who comes out and- you couldn't make this up - points at my truck and says "how about this one?" I said that's my truck! Then I ask some questions about power and suspension of the models on the lot, of which he new absolutely nothing. Then I asked about the 3 Duramax diesel performance - he says - "yes it is diesel - look!" and opens the fuel lid and points at the green coloured nozel hole to verify it was actually a diesel!!! Like Really ??? Save your life and go to another dealership !!

You know, while I have to say that the service department has usually provided good mechanical service and customer service, it amazes me that the sales department is the the complete antithesis of that statement. Not only are they completely unknowledgeable about their product, they have, so it seems, zero interest in treating people like valued customers. On one recent occasion while I was waiting for my truck to be serviced, I tried sitting in a corvette in the showroom that had the windows down and doors open, you know like try me out and see how I feel. Well after I step out of the the salesman comes charging over with a rag and a dirty look on his face and begins cleaning the inside of the car, presumably where ever I might have laid my "filthy ignorant hands on" at least by his expression. I asked the questions about the vehicle, to which he tried to shrug me off by saying, "I don't know I would have to look it up", then went on cleaning. Next unbelievable experience below

My service advisor David Ross was amazing as always, anytime I have to bring my vehicle in for service he's the only gentleman I've ever dealt with and for good reason, I've had my vehicle at another local Chevrolet dealer for service and warranty work and the technician who had preformed the service did a horrendous job and the vehicle had more issues when I left, brought it back there and they refused to do the repairs under warranty and tried charging me over $200 for the work they had to do, so I said no leave it as is and brought it out to John Bear in New Hamburg and David took a look at the car said it's no problem and did each of the repairs under warranty for me saving $200+ that I would've had to pay at the other dealership

My husband and I recently bought a new GMC Sierra. We cannot recommend Greg Hart enough ! He was very thorough, pleasant, accommodating and stayed true to his word. We will definitely return to him for our next vehicle!

I'd like to thank Doug for an unbelievable experience. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. The whole experience was stress free and the deal was finalized in a timely manner.

Scott from service was excellent in keeping me informed both on the work being done and why. Warren the service technician did another great job getting my 2009 Silveradoo safe and road worthy, Thanks to both.
