There has been history with this particular ATV group - RUSAGONIS who always leave their garbage behind. Each time the residents of Dugan road HAVE TO clean up after this ATV group leaves. Today 21 April 2018 after their poker run, the garbage scattered along the road and the ditch: ice-bag plastic packages; cigarette packages; juice boxes; beer and pop cans; cigarette butts; coffee cups; was also accompanied by several circular burns out marks on the surface of the beautiful country road. There are nice people living here: retired; elderly; service people and some young working families. People even clean up after their dogs' here.
This group needs to take responsibility: don't make a mess in the first place and CLEAN UP after themselves and fellow members.
