InterNACHI Quebec, a chapter of InterNACHI, The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, was founder under the direction of Gilles Larin, to promote (CPI) Certified Professional Inspectors in Quebec. OACIQ; In accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act, and the regulations therein, and to ensure home buying consumers are properly protected, a real estate broker has an obligation to recommend that you have the property thoroughly inspected, by a professional or a recognized building inspector, who must meet certain requirements: 1: Have professional liability insurance against faults, errors or omissions in order to compensate you should any of these occur in the course of the building inspection. Note: (A written proof is the best way to verify that the inspector is insured.) 2: Perform his inspections in accordance with a recognized standard of practice that provides minimum guidelines, defines specific terms and standardizes the reporting format. 3: Use a recognized service agreement that specifies the nature, scope and limits of the services provided by the inspector, as well as their cost. The agreement could also include a clause by which you undertake to read the inspection report attentively and ask questions of the inspector, in order to clearly understand its content. 4: Provide a written report, which is essential to give you an appreciation of the condition of the immovable you are proposing to purchase and to help you make an informed decision. The Museum was established in 1976. It is located in the landmark Shawville train station of the Pontiac Pacific Junction Railway (210 Lake Street) in Shawville, Quebec, at the southwest corner of the Fairgrounds. The collections include a variety of costumes, quilts, farm and forestry implements, vintage furniture, pottery and porcelain, militaria, domestic appliances, paintings and photographs, some of them dating from the time of Pontiac’s first settlers.

Resonnable rates

This is not a monastery you can visit. The nuns living there used to be cloistered. Not sure they still are but they don't go out much at all. However, you go to mass in the morning (nuns are on one side, other people on the other, with a wall separating them)

Le site n'est pas à jour.. Un autre point de service de fermé et des heures vraiment peu accommodantes.. Sérieux Desjardins, faite de quoi.. Le service à la clientèle et la disponibilité sont tellement déficients depuis quelques années..
