Horrible union with seemingly no power to help their members, only hurt them. I can't negotiate my wage, and when I do get an increase from my employer, the union tries to block it. The executive committee is seemingly made up of delusional individuals on a power trip. It is impossible to call and talk to someone because nobody picks up the phone (I have never, at any point in my career, called and had an actual person pick up). If you are considering a position that uses this union, look for another position.

Excellent but need a new Ex Directo who can lead!
