Beautiful experience at Goldstream Estuary. Had a brilliant tour and gained in-depth knowledge on salmon and their life cycle, the need for a hatchery at the domestic and global level. A tour through Goldstream Estuary also gave insight to the mechanisms required for the ecosystem.

I can't think of a more professional business focused entity than our local Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce. The amazing business owners and representatives I have the opportunity to work with daily through our many Business Advocacy efforts, event planning efforts like our annual Golf Tournament, our 2nd Annual 2018 Business Summit, weekly Coffee Connections and Ribbon Cuttings - I feel so blessed and have learned so much over the years. Absolutely fantastic program staffed with caring workers and volunteers. This facility really does make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by various challenges.

Chemainus,formally a noted community of fisherman and lumber. A down turn in the economies of both lumber and fishing.The town has a different appearance with huge murals painted on the sides of buildings,of an era gone by,some very nice life sized landscapes of the area.There is still lumber and fishing but not with the same character. A noted live theatre that has some exceptional live act plays.The town is very busy in the tourist season.Moms and dads with kids in tow looking for the next candy and or ice cream shop. Look for a place called the Secrete Garden,just behind and through a small little alley from Hansel and Gretels Candy ℅ on Willow Street.You won't be disappointed.
