Please find below some feedback on Bratislava test center - 1. we were given instructions not to write anything, i.e. make any notes with pen on distributed paper assignments, during the first 15 min. This wrong instruction was reversed as one exam taker was aware of correct rules. It's not something I expect from the professional exam. 2. the room was not air-conditioned and the temperature outside is 30+. Due to open windows, we had to listen for three hours to street noise, i.e. screams of drunk tourists coming for bachelor weekend or similar. Not best for necessary concentration... 3. Some other aspects were not clear and caused stress. The room was not clearly marked and finding it required asking around the center.

Dreadfull experiences with the repairs department at English Rural Housing Association, time and time again. Their handbook on their website states emergency repairs fixed within seven days. I've not had heating or hot water for twenty-two days in Sept 2017. In February 2016 I had no heating or hot water for ten days. No call backs from English Rural staff or their contractors to update you or confirm whats going on. Engineers don't turn up for agreed appointments when you have to taken time out from work. Again and again and again. Unprofessional with deep rooted apathy. They waste your time because they really don't care. Do yourself a favour and think twice before renting from this Housing Association. Its not worth the hassle.

Having informed Google 3 times that we have moved to the Park Plaza Hotel at 239 Vauxhall Bridge Rd, London SW1V 1EQ it is very disappointing that Google persist in using the wrong address, misleading potential visitors to our club!
