Just wanted to say this is a sorry excuse for a shop. I went in 06/05/18 with a/c problems. All i needed was to add some freon. Instead the so called mechanic took out what little i had in the system. He said it had too much freon in the system. What a crock. 1st of all he never turned the fan on so it pressurized up the system. And never idled it up a little so he could add freon instead of taking it out. So just to sum it up i wasted an hour of my time and 125.00 went down the drain. They ripped me off and they felt good about it. I called the next day to bring it to their attention, but the woman i was talking to hung up on me. I called back and she sent my call to voice mail. Is that what she does to all the ones that want to complain. She should refund my money but i don't see that happening . I got ripped off. And I'll make sure none of my friends use the sorry shop. And i don't know how the guy working on my truck got certified to be a mechanic. And before i forget i had to clean my steering wheel before i could leave. He left it all greasy. I give them a negative 5 star rating. Instead of Rupp's name it Crooks.
