Automotive Repair

The Integrity Automotive staff were honest and communicated very well during the entire buying experience. As an out of state buyer, they provided all the information necessary for me to make the best decision possible. In addition, after I lost the title to my vehicle before registration in my home state, he secured the replacement title immediately as a courtesy. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend their service and selection.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I was having problems with my 2006 Ford F-250 6.0 Powerstroke while on a cross country trip from Texas to Vermont in June of 2017. I limped my truck in there towing a 20' trailer with an alternator situation that 2 other shops couldn't seem to fix (one in El Paso and one in Oklahoma). I had already lost 4.5 days of travel due to this problem and was worried I was going to battle this truck all the way to VT. Lucky for me I found Lem's shop and his mechanics switched out my Alternator and did a full check of my electrical system just to ensure I was good to go for the rest of the trip. Not only did they get me in right away (as I was on the road) I was able to talk to Lem for an hour and learn more about my truck and all of the tricks/keys to owning a Ford Powerstroke with EGR problems. I only found Lem's shop because he was recommended to me by the company "Bulletproof Diesel" as a "preferred installer" of the Bulletproof EGR system I have on my truck. I didn't have a single problem with my alternator or electrical system after that and I owe a significant debt of gratitude to the shop. Again I can not say enough about this shop.

We trust Ben implicitly. We don’t always like the news he gives us after diagnosing one of our vehicles... but know we can take his word and his repairs ‘to the bank’. His shop is very professional and we always getting excellent care. We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Excellent and quick service. Tires and an oil change along with full detailed inspection in an hour! Even shined up my wheels! Thanks

Fast and friendly staff. Had my work truck in for routine maintenance. In and out for the work that was done!

Good honest people, they have Fair prices and stick to their estimates.

He is good and no matter what he will not leave ya stranded.thank you

Travelling through the area and alternator light started blinking. Stopped here after another auto repair bluntly turned us down. Checked it all out and said alternator was good, but aftermarket alternator was not communicating well with the computer. Could have stuck it to us, but was honest and only had a diagnostic fee.

Real deal!! Owner came to my hotel where I was broke down and diagnosed my truck right there. He gave me my options how to get me back on road. Took it to his shop got me fixed up and actually fixed another problem while there. I would recommend this shop to anybody!!

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Lauren was amazing! Helped more than I can even explain! She went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. They ship super fast and take care of any issues very quickly. Hands down the best experience with a parts place I have ever had! Customer for life!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Put an $84 hose on my truck and charged $1781.37. Claimed the only hose was 300 miles away. Told me they couldn't have it shipped in and they would have to go get it. I wouldn't let this company fix a kids big wheel. Biggest crook out there!!!

It's the best place to get ur cotton pickers worked on! Nothing can beat the service and the work they do! Very impressed with the business.

Good job for a trailer wash

Great

Bring the Southeast Missouri State University shuttles down to this group all the time. Very worthy company, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was able to do a walk in DOT inspection and had no problems getting right in. Andy is the man to talk to for any help.

We get things done!!!! Anywhere
