Request through vehicle inspection when having work done. It appears they missed a pretty notable hose issue that would have showed up if they would have done a diagnostic test. Had to have work done 350 miles down the road.

They fixed one problem but created another. And my operating temperature has never been the same since I asked them to change my thermostats.
I think these guys need to have more company meetings and start talking about the right way to do this and that.
They measured my hoses terribly. 3 feet longer than they were. They hang out in area they could not get cut or pinched.
They also said they would give me appointment treatment but my work truck was there over 3 weeks.

Rick has been taking care of my boats since my acquisition in 2009. He's honest, he's reasonable and I have been completely satisfied. I've referred many people to him and they've all thanked me for such a wonderful referral. At one point, he was maintaining 2 boats for me and called me randomly one day to say, "I haven't heard from you in a while, I hope everything is okay with your boats & that's why I haven't heard from you." LOL - that WAS the case. He had everything in tip-top shape! Great guy and I highly recommend him to everyone!

While coming back to Michigan, pulling our fifth wheel rv, a brake line broke on our truck. I called Amtruck and they said they would work me in to repair the truck. I was able to limp the unit in to their location where the had a mechanic waiting for me. They immediately put the truck on a hoist and determined the parts need and ordered them. Within a couple of hours the parts had arrived, were installed and the truck was ready to go. I viewed this as being a very professionally run operation and would highly recommend them to anyone.
