Automotive Repair

Excellent service and extremely competent work. Best prices in town!

Too slow. Too many excuses.

Terrible. TA has losed my business. Their showeres and bathrooms are filthy and the staff are incompetant.

John did a great job. My truck went down with the ecm before I had to go on a long trip to virginia. And went above and beyond to make sure that it would make there and bac.

No public restroom

the worst people you can do business with, such a rip off. take your money somewhere else and dont waist it here.

Rick was very nice and honest. He even saved me money by telling me that getting new spark plugs were not needed as I had requested a tune up. I will go to Rick next time I need auto repair.

Great service! They keep my 20 year old vehicle running like a champ! Love the care they show to the customers and their service!

Excellent service and honest pricing. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing work done.

Excellent communication and fast service! These guys helped out in a crunch and I can't be more grateful. I'll be back for sure! Thank You!

Got my old 64 out of the hospital yesterday, and as what my grandma used to say, “She had a spell,” a couple weeks ago. Thanks to Dr Jim Roberts and his staff over at Jim Roberts Auto Repair, she is up and running better than ever.

I Found Cumberland International in Murfreesboro,TN almost 2 years when I was having DPF issues. Since then they have become my Home Shop of Choice that I truly trust. If I have an issue anywhere in this country and I can make it back to Cumberland for the repair, that is exactly what I am doing. Cumberland to me is like a family and from what I have seen is they run the whole organization that way from not just the Murfreesboro facility but in all the Cumberland Facilities from top to bottom. From the time that I pull in until the time that I pull out there is no question or concern that I have, that I can't go to any part of this team from the General Mananger to the Supervisors to the Formans, Service Advisors. Mechanics to Parts Agents that they will take the time to answer your question or concern or find out the answer quickly. In my experiences the service is next to none and The Cumberland Team get me up and running as quick as possible with the least amount of downtime. At the same time giving you that Southern Hospitality that makes you feel like your with Family and if you're lucky you might be there when they do a cookout. Great Food too. True Southern Hospitality with Quality of Service and Professionalism next to none

Been taking our cars to Chuck for years and they always do a good job at a fair price. More importantly, Chuck comes out and talks to you about diagnosis and repair options.

10 years of going here and never a problem. Knowledgeable and extremely fair!
