I had a problem with the Freightliner that was electrical and these guys got my truck in on time and by 1pm it was done a good to go. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and when I asked for a detailed break down of the cost, I was given a step by step and full description of the repair.
I thought the price was very reasonable and they fixed the problem . Can't ask for much more.
Keep up the good work.

New turbo in f350 it failed multiple times after, Ruby was condescending argumentative and just plain Rude and ignorant, I would not recommend her or the shop. Advise to Ruby…. Change careers, take people management and anger management courses

I have Cascadia for 9 years. This is the only garage in Calgary I take my truck to get fixed. The mechanics are quite good, they don't lie, overcharge you or inflate the prices like other places. They always call ahead of time to explain the problem and give you the quote for the work. I would highly recommend to everyone. The personal is very friendly.

Just wanted to say thank you for getting my tire fixed before the long weekend. I had originally tried another place the day before and was told they couldn't help me until after the Maylong weekend. Your team had me in and out before I was expecting and I was able to make it to my destination on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
