Automotive Repair

Michael who worked on our RV came out to where we were located. The brakes and other things had gone wrong. This happened on Memorial Day weekend. He went way above what most mechanics do. The prices were very reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a great mechanic for the RV. We have a 34 foot class A and not everyone will work on them. Again would recommend Michael to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

I'm so grateful to have Auto Service as my family mechanic since 2004! Thanks so much Carlos and Lena for all the work y'all do for the community. Keep up the great work!

Very friendly establishment, never try to talk you into getting work/parts that is not needed but if they find something that is a concern they will let you know and explain any option(s) you could do and tell you their advise and any issues that may occur with what was found and then YOU decide what to do. The ladies in the office are great with customers and friendly and all the Techs are well experienced in their field. It's a great place!

Nice people

Amazing service and knowledge...will continue to go for any future repairs! Highly recommended!!

Very educated in the field and fast service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t leave your truck with them unless you don’t want it back!

the staff are super cool.

Excellent Service. The man who helped was awesome, and i wasn't over charged. I will be back

I live about eight miles of west of Floresville and there is no mobile mechanic service for this area (except for one that has really bad reviews). Found J's Automotive Repair from an online search and called them about coming to my home to see if they could get my car running. They had a mechanic, David, here about two hours after I called and he was able to get my car started. Although he didn't have the parts necessary to permanently fix the problem, he gave me the diagnostic codes from his computer analysis to be able to get the repairs done. Great service and I'll probably be calling them again some day!

I called several places getting quotes for a repair and they were the best price I found but also reliable. I will forever recommend them!! Thank you for your incredible customer service! I’ll be back if I need more repairs :)

Great service, Joyce and Kenny are first class.

Called on a Friday from our office and crystal gave a specific price for a part verified price and that they were in stock. Came on a Monday got another price and then a third price from other employees. Spoke to crystal again and got a price double the price and said a cheaper price was impossible. M&D had the same parts for the cheap original price I was quoted at this place with out the attitude and in stock.

These guys take great care of me every time. Do not go anywhere else.

Best repair shop in town. Honest people. No scams. They diagnose issues on spot. I had two belts replaced within the same day. And a battery issue fixed in minutes. Forever have my business
