They provided a thorough estimate and the completed the work on time at a lower price than the estimate and the work was perfect. They finished the work on the truck and it was even better than quoted. Additionally, they detailed the inside as well as the body work. Then they took it across the parking lot and I asked them to fix the emission issue. All was done as requested ahead of schedule. Mike, Don, Juanita and the whole team do great. Pleasure to work with each time I do business with them.

SENT THE TRUCK IN FOR A TRANSMISSION REAR MAIN SEAL. QUOTED $800 PLUS TAX. CALLED US 2 DAYS LATER. SAID WE HAD AN OIL LEAK. PAID THEM $1900 WITH A CHECK, PICKED UP THE TRUCK. A WEEK LATER, THERE IS A LEAK AGAIN IN THE SAME SPOT. CALLED, THEY SAID TOUGH, WE HAVE A WARRANTY BUT WE DIDN'T TOUCH YOUR TRANSMISSION, SO ONLY THE OIL LEAK IS COVERED, NOT THE TRANSMISSION LEAK. WHAT DID I JUST PAY $1900 FOR? I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR A SHOP THAT DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. The shop agreed to fix the leaks. So far the truck is not leaking. Today is the 26th of november 2017. Will change the rating in one month to ensure the work was done right this time. December 12th. No leaks yet. If no leaks by the 1st week of January we will give this shop a 5 star rating as they deserve. Truck went in for some upgrades and found a leak from what this shop fixed. We took it back and they fixed it.

Second set of LS heads I've brought to Charlie. First set was in December 2015 for Installation of some beehive springs for a comp cam 558/563 lift in a 4.8. Got them back the next day. The second set was last week. A set of 243's port matched going on a 6.0 bored .030 over that I really needed the same day. I dropped them off at around 8:30 and picked them up the same day around 4:15. Jason put new beehive springs and new seals, on top of washing them. Looked brand new, and basically were. Couldn't have been more pleased and would highly recommend.

Pleasant, friendly. BUT does not know how to use their test equipment nor Powerstroke engine specifications. Complete engine overhaul, I did not question bill even though lots of extras without prior notice, spent over $3,000 straightening it up including broken parts . Now I shall start on oil leaks. Do NOT use for extensive repairs. My truck was on their lot for over 3 months.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, I’m an out of stater brought my truck there and got a quote for 700 with all new parts. When I picked the truck up they had put used parts in it and had a bill for 1200. They said they did work that was never done and got charged for it. Very unhappy with this place
