I had issues with the DEF system on my Freightliner Cascadia and from the long list of Truck repair shops in the area THIS ONE was the most honest on time and price for the repair. The shop manager (Mario) is one of the most qualified mechanic in Amarillo area. He is a very passionate professional who loves his job and is doing it at its finest. I definitely recommend anyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic to come at this shop. You will get the job well done!

Customer service hands down the best you will find. Met me after hours to drop off truck for repairs. Kept me informed throughout the process. Washed and waxed and cleaned the interior as part of their normal customer service when you bring your vehicle in for a repair or service. Great owners. Nicest folks you can meet. They will forever have my business.

My clutch went out on my 2011 Dodge Cummings at 8:00 last night, my buddy gave me Garys number and said this is a honest dude give him a call. Gary was able to walk me through on how to start in 3rd gear to get my truck there and by doing so he saved me a tow fee. I asked if he could give me a quick turn around the next day due to needing it for work extremely badly. He said it’s likely, but I don’t want to over promise and under deliver. I told him if he did I’ll give him a 50.00 tip. Then when I went to pay him he refused twice to take my tip and told him he’s being rude playfully and he finally accepted it. The real reason why I know I’ll be going back is to him is due to over hearing him having a conversation with another customer about how excited he was about an upcoming mission trip he an family will be going on this summer. With that being said it told me two things, he’s a Christian and his honest. I have been burnt by many mechincs before and I’m extremely happy now that I found a guy that can service my small fleet of trucks and no longer have to worry about shady mechanics.
