Just moved to the area (Glen Gardner) and needed to find a good neighborhood garage. Against my own better judgement, I took my Scion to Muller Toyota instead of doing my research. After I was given an estimate of $3500 I declined and decided it was time to find that garage. I was told I needed a new O2 sensor ($500). While still on the phone, I looked it up and told him that seems a bit steep considering Google tells me the average cost of this service is less than $200. He told me "well, it's in a difficult to reach spot in this case, so it's gonna cost a bit more." I was also told I needed new front and rear brakes ($2000), new calipers, battery, I have an oil leak, and more. The next day I made an appointment with Endress and explained my problem. I didn't mention the laundry list of item from the estimate, but told them I was less than happy with Toyota. The next day, despite the snow storm and the loss of power to half of Hunterdon, he still got back with my estimate and it was literally less than half that of Muller Toyota for the same list of parts and services plus more! - They also took care of my inspection, did an oil change, fixed the leak (which was not even included in the Muller estimate). The O2 sensor was replaced for $180. When I told him Muller said it was in a "hard to reach place" he chuckled and told me it wasn't. "Took me longer to plug in the diagnostic machine than to change it out". If that's all Endress did, that would be good enough, but Jack was super friendly and accommodating. I don't get home from work until late and he had no problem sticking around until my train got in from the city so I could pick up my car. Can't recommend this place enough. Your car is in good hands here =)

As a current ME student it was very eye opening to see the types of things that they are working on in person. From the CHB EVO engine, to compressor wheels, cermaic coated pistons, and agricultural sweeps it was all very interesting to me. I got the chance to talk with the CEO and take a look at these things in their new office in Columbus. I would greatly reccommend that anyone who is interested in their work to take the time to visit with them. You won't regret it!

Where do I start? From beginning to end, this has been the most delightful experience and the best customer service I have experienced in YEARS. The guys at this shop are a rare breed in that they actually care and listen to your concerns, communicate and go above and beyond to cater to your needs. I came to them from over 2 hours away to have a PSD head inspected and repaired. They were quick and the machinist took the time to answer my questions. And the price was so fair, I brought the other head for good measure. They even worked with me on being there to pick them up after hours. I was so pleasantly pleased with everyone I talked there, if I ever need any work done, I would be glad to make the 2 hr drive again.

Very fast, saved me $1500 tow bill. Broke down after 5 pm and couldn't even get a tow until next morning. They got my truck up and running that night and we weren't even late to deliver the load. I really appreciate that they came out at 10pm after my driver had been sitting there all day for others to show. Thank you guys for getting my truck back on the road and bringing my driver food and drinks. I have you in my phone if we ever need you when we are in that area again. Reasonable rates for time of day. Thank you again!

I found Robs when my newly acquired 6.0 power stroke started to have problems.When I called to ask about bringing my truck to them, Rob himself Took the time to answer all my questions.They started to work on it right away and what looked like a injector problem ended up being a botched head gasket job that the previous owner had done buy a shop out of state 6 months ago. Rob explained to me what was done wrong & why it failed, even taking pictures & saving the old parts. He explained my options to me , what could be repaired and what should be replaced. They did the job RIGHT !! Studs , gaskets, New o ringed heads ( old heads were even out of spec.) etc. Now I have the truck I WANTED ! They were even able to finish the job in time for me to take it on vacation.When I picked up the truck it was clean & ready to go You would never know the cab has been off. Now it runs great & I swear its quieter ! I am a customer for life. Good service is good business and Robs Is a 1st class operation ! He and his team are Honest Professionals that Know Powerstrokes ! We had a tire blow out on our van on our way to a conference out of state. The owner took it upon him to oversee all other tires and inspect it since we were borrowing it. He personally worked on it and made sure we were on the road when we needed to be! Can't praise all the staff enough! Outstanding service! Highly recommend!!!!
