Fixed my moms car in only 3-4 days and it's incredible. Looks like there was never a wreck.

When ever I need advice on the best tire to use on my personal vehicle's all I have to do is call Hiram's and I've never been disappointed with their advice. Friendly service at a competitive price. Always but my tires there.

My son was looking for a Honda Accord with a manual transmission, and we found one online at Findlay Truck & RV he wanted to see. When I called to inquire if the vehicle was still for sale, I ended up talking with Tom May. Tom was simply amazing throughout the entire car shopping experience, even though I never had the privilege of meeting Tom in person! I did get to meet and test drive the car with Tom's nephew, Brandon, and I was very impressed with Brandon's availability and knowledge about the car! After test driving the vehicle, I had my mechanic look it over. Then Tom let me drive the vehicle to my son at college before deciding to purchase the Honda Accord. I met Jim May, the owner, the day I purchased the vehicle! I cannot say enough wonderful things about all three of these men: Tom, Brandon, and Jim May! What a pleasure it was to purchase a vehicle from them at Findlay Truck & RV! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Tom, Brandon, & Jim! Blessings to each of you!

Fantastic experience here! Very helpful and patient with my many questions. Fixed my car like it had never been backed into. Left it cleaner than I dropped it off, inside and out. They were also out of thier way friendly with my little one who was tagging along.

Owner is super nice. Great guy to deal with.

Good and fast

Excellent service! They were happy to squeeze me in. I had a tire go bad on a Friday night, and they were able to fit me in on that Saturday. They replaced all four tires and replaced a bad TPMS sensor. A good job was done on the balancing, rides smooth.

They bo not open on time.😔

Fair priced, didn’t try to up sell me for anything. Very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of all the systems they have. Installed same day, I was there for just over 2 hours. Spent extra time showing me how to use everything. Great place!

All work requested performed on time with amazing results. No degradation on product after several months.

Supposed to be open at 8 AM was there and waited nobody picked up the phone and the gate was locked left a message on their answering system It is almost 9 AM now still no call back

Taking my diesel there today. Will update with a new rating/review when completed. Already not sure about a few things just yet.

Great customer service and fair prices.

Owner is transparent with options and will work with you

So I brought my BMW X5 here and I talked to them on a Friday. They said it if I get it there on Monday they should be able to start it either late Monday or Tuesday and it would be ready on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they told me they had no heat (which I understand these problems because I am a business owner myself). I needed my car back sometime on Saturday so I called again on Thursday and they told me that the city was ripping up the sidewalk and their ramp so it was tough for them to get cars in and out of the shop and so he told me it wasn’t looking good until after the weekend but try calling on back Friday. So I call back Friday around noon and the gentlemen told me that the owner Mark had some extra help coming in on Friday afternoon (because of my situation) to pull the old transmission and he was going to come in on Saturday (which they aren’t open on Saturday’s) to put the new one in. For the rough week that is sounded like they had they stood by their word and got it done for me. I picked up my car at about noon on Saturday. It was such a huge help for me. I would highly recommend this place. They were very reasonably priced and everyone I dealt with there was very respectful. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place and if I ever have transmission problems I would take it back here. They did a great job and the car runs nice and smooth. Thank you again guys I do appreciate it.
