Sands Diesel Performance
525 Progress Ave #b, Waukesha, Wisconsin, 53186, United States
Very poor customer service. I called the day before about bringing my truck in. The internet says they are open at 7:30 a.m I told him I would drop my truck off around 8 am to discuss with him in person about my truck. Never said anything but OK sounds good. So next day I show up and the door is locked. So I call him and I'm like where are you and he says we don't open to 9 am which I already took off work to go drop my truck don't you think you mention this yesterday on the phone. So he says drop the keys and leave and I said I wanted to discuss everything in person. So I left maybe the website should be changed and also say something on the phone the day before I can't just leave work whenever to do this. Very poor customer service
