John Chapman and his employees have been taking care of my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer for many years. His diagnoses of car issues are always honest and find the root of the issue, his prices are always reasonable, and he always gets work done in a timely manner. He's also conveniently located next to an auto parts store. If you're a mechanic, he'd be a great guy to work for.

"Fixed" my truck once. Few days latter, had to tow again because it broke down in the middle of the job. 3 weeks to get my only work truck done. (They're still unsure if it's fixed) Got told 5 times that it would be done on different days. Finally told them that "I'm picking the truck up, fixed or not." The worst part, they will never call and give updates, even if they tell you they will. They didn't even call to tell me that it was done, I drove out there so they didn't leave.. low and behold, it was sitting out ready to go. I lost several jobs because I'd schedule a job after I was told it would be fixed, this happened 5 times. Nice guys, but unfortunately "nice" didn't get the truck fixed. To be fair, they did fix some things that needed fixed, but could not find out until the last day as to why it keeps shutting off. Would not recommend unless you're only wanting basic maintenance. (UPDATED) The truck is running better. Still won't take my truck back but they did fix some of it. (Update) They "fixed" the sending unit and whatever else makes the fuel gauge work..it broke again a few months ago, not worth taking it back to fix even though they charged me a few hundred for that one issue.

Took way tooo long just to regen truck and charged 2 hour labour instead of regen fee and even charged their break time. Don't waste time and money at this place not worthy at all. I saw 5 star reviews here before goingto this place but all of them 3 years ago. May be had better staff before

Quality people and work. Prices are a little high but they stand behind their work so it's worth it.

They were very professional and knew how to handle the service work. Eric was good about the research required to fix the issues with the diesel motor of the JD 5525.

PLEASE PLEASE do not hire this company. Check the Delaware County Court Records. They aren't good people to do business with. They installed a Generac Generator in our home. It was installed with the wrong size generator, the wrong size and wrong type transfer switch, the wrong electric wiring, the wrong propane lines and sizes and wired incorrectly. It ended up leaking propane and caused a fire hazard. They didn't get an electrical inspection because if they did it wouldn't have passed. They didn't pull any permits as their website states they will. When the job was done the whole home was not powered. In a 5500 Square Foot home, only 4 lights, a refrigerator, and a TV were powered. There was no "homeowner training session" as stated on their website. There is so much I cannot state on this review however if anyone is even thinking about contacting this company or hiring them for anything feel free to reach out to me because when you hear my story, you won't think about hiring them now or in the future.

Had severely shifted load took to b&b they didn't waste anytime putting it back in position and braced properly.. Had no problem letting us use scissor lift in aid of tarping and strapping load..very professional and courteous employees.. thank you were greatly appreciated your help!!!

Very good service at reasonable cost

I have been taking my vehicles here for a couple of years now and the people at Tuffy are honest, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend. In addition, their waiting area has a wonderful selection of magazines.
