Automotive Repair

My 12 year old car broke broke down to the point of where I was unable to drive it or shift gears. AAA towed it to this location bc they were close by and they have a contract where AAA member get 10% off service up to 50$. (This is a pro; however, they will not tell you this even if they know you are a AAA member at check out. You have to remind them.) It was the end of their business day when my car arrived, so I counted myself lucky that they were able to take my car in with little notice. The technicians diagnosed my issue and called me early the next day for my OK to start the work. I said OK. It was was ready for me to pick up well before the end of day. When I went to pick it up, neither the man who rang my card or the man who gave me my car keys checked for my photo identification. Mildly concerning. I drove home (about 25 minute drive) and left my car off for about eight hours. Attempted to start my car, and it did not start. I do not know enough about auto mechanics to say that car my is in worse shape physically than it was when it arrived at this establishment, but I can say that the functionality is no better. My car will not start. And I paid actual money for it. When I called back to express this, the owner wanted very little to do with my particular concerns. Lesson learned: I will do more research next time I need to find a mechanic! (Also good to know if you end up there, they have a $65 storage fee per day for any vehicle left in their yard after work is completed and the customer has been notified. There is a chance they will not tell you, either. Good luck!)

Kurt was patient with me. Most important they stand behind there work. I had a leak when they were finished. Next day they found it scheduled the repair and fixed it. I've driven this truck to NYC twice since repair. Lol this place. They even programed my minimax I bought elsewhere.

Mediocre quality of labor .. you don't top oil level out after internal damage and just state " it's not in the receipt" more concern in trucks coming back that honest quality of work.. yes ur $40 oil change at your price just cost me a new engine .. awesome welds but shady work ..

Dumb ass answers the phone, HELLO, I ask if they work on tractor trailers to confirm I'm calling the right place, he answers Sometimes then hangs up and isn't answering returned calls.....8===D 🗣
