Smythe Park is so beautiful especially in the spring with its weeping Willows and a variety of migratory birds that fly up from down south. Black Creek stream goes right to the center of the park providing beautiful Forest Pathways to walk along with the sound of trickling water nearby. It's never really busy and there's always nice space to play for the little ones.

A hidden gem for the community, especially the walking track, for which you can purchase an inexpensive monthly membership. Great for winter exercise.

Pros: don't have to line up at the door, more freedom, fun Cons: Grade 7's only get half lockers, Grade 7's have to carry their binders around.

Stopped in for the video and display on Canadian confederation in the entry lobby. Also visited the gift shop.
