Beautiful stadium, excellent track & field facilities!

Great place to watch the whitecaps 2 play. Seats are decent and under cover

We had such an incredible experience here. We are out of towners who enjoy checking out the local stadiums and teams. The stadium is gorgeous and perfect. The environment was wonderful, and the fans fun. The tickets were reasonably priced. The food/beers lines weren’t staffed great and thus the wait was a bit excessive, and that’s my only complaint. It was super difficult to get an Uber/Lyft out after the game. Overall, the experience was well worth it!

Now, August 2024, the current city leadership is determined to proceed with bureaucrat/consultant reviews/recommendations to tear up Hammond fields to place an ice arena and parking lot. Yet, over 95% of the local population (by way of 600 signatures on a petition, as a starter) are opposed to such a plan. This is local political/bureaucratic leadership running rough-shot over the taxpayer demands. The current mayor driving this backward agenda is Dan Ruimy. Everyone ought to call into city hall to remind Dan whom he works for... the taxpayer. He is beholden to the taxpayer and local community. Do as you are expected Dan, or step aside.

Very nice park. We rented some space there for my sons first birthday party, and everything went great. There are washroom facilities to use and lots of areas for the kids to play, thank you Walnut Grove community park.

Fun park!

Great place for baseball/softball gear! Lots of selection and the newest stuff! Don't forget to check out the clearance section, some great finds in there sometimes!

Good athletic field which includes tennis and basketball courts and a walking trail around the field.Awesome location near Maple ridge and the Golden Ears bridge.i would recommend.

Waterpark and park r really good

This is a great open artificial field with at least a few soccer fields worth of space. I've seen lacrosse, baseball, soccer, ultimate frisbee all played on this field. There are often times when nobody is on the field but once summer hits it definitely fills up. Drainage seems very efficient since I've been on it after rainy days and it doesn't seem that wet.

Has great variety of slides and jungle gym and lots of swings.
