Terrible. Stylist was shown a pic of inverted bob with fringe (bangs). Back cut is okay; when he was asked about the bangs, he said I shouldn't. When I insisted he wanted me to decide on how much! Shouldn't the stylist know how much hair would be needed to cut!
Had called in the morning for quote and appointment -- go to pay and told it was more than I expected!
Should have read the reviews prior to going for appointment because I would have cancelled!!😞
