I had been going to the shop since they first open and Mira had done a wonderful job for my hair. She doesn’t speak much English but always friendly with a smile. I like her a lot. My last two visits were big disappointment and my last perm will be my last visit to the shop. I had many perms before and my recent perm was totally unacceptable. After the perm, my hair was a big mess and it costed me $93. I contacted them and her husband refused to fix my hair. He was very rude on the phone. Here are the pictures:

Just left the store after getting the impression the staff had no interest in helping me. I was shopping with my young son, and wanted to make it quick. I was in the for ten minutes, and not one person even greeted me. Instead four women stood behind the counter talking. I had questions and wanted to make a purchase. Not one even made eye contact with me, so I decided to leave. Very disappointed in the service.

Such an amazing experience. I'm an esthetician myself and this was the best pedicure I've ever had. They even have their liquor license so you can sip on a glass of wine! Meticulous polish application and such friendly staff. Thank you Aevi!

I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years now by Brittney. Brittney does a fantastic job and is always very friendly. The owner Shael is also really friendly and approachable. Fortunately, I've never had to see him for anything other than to say Hi. :) I like that they also have annual cut-a-thons for local charities. Highly recommended.

Owner was just opening at the time I attended.....very friendly compared to Lola's (do not waste time there). She was pleasant and willing to talk. Hair is over priced though, mark up is about 500 percent. You can buy real Russian hair or euro direct from china for 60.00 a bag. But this lady was a real delight after leaving Lola's. Thank you.

I went in for a hair cut and discussed my wanting to have silver highlights. I was told no problem we can do that. Went back a week later and had highlights done. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Two hours later, I didn't get what I want. I got gold highlights.

I did my eyebrows there for the first time and that was the biggest mistake! lesson learned! never going back for eyebrow waxing!!! my eyebrows look like a line and a half after the job they did. Remember look at the eyebrows of the person that is doing your eyebrows.
