I've had other massages at other establishment but this exceeded my expectation. My massage therapist was Darlene. Darlene was knowledgeable, professional, gave me the best massage ever but after we were done she gave me a few exercises to help with pain control and strenghtening. Invited me to stay and sit in the lounge chair with a blanket and sip on an organic tea.... taking your time and relax after a massge is what you need. Exceptional!! ❤

Probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever received... The top of my hair was cut terribly uneven, barely cutting it at all actually. When it was all done the lady left all the hair on my face and clothes without blowing it off with her hair dryer. Should have went back to town for a refund when I got home and relized how bad it was. Not sure how they cut girls hair but guys I would stay away from that place.

I had a horrible experience at Sheila's Day Spa and highly recommend to any not to waste their money, go elsewhere. I spent $1700 on photo rejuvenation treatments where I saw about a 1 percent lightening of my dark spots and Sheila thinks I should be happy with those results.
When I asked for some or all of my money back, she acted very unprofessional in telling me about her business problems and how she makes no profits.
Ummm $250 for 20 mintues of time? Do not invest at this spa.
