Beauty Salon

Cecelia did my manicure (french, acrylic) and pedicure (regular). I was very pleased with the work she did. Even though the salon was busy, she took her time and was very pleasant to talk with. She was professional, intelligent, and talented. I would probably say it was the best manicure/pedicure I have ever had...either in Belleville or elsewhere in the world. My feet were so soft, and the nails on both feet and hands were perfect. As mentioned in previous reviews, perhaps the salon could use a little cleaning, asthetically speaking only, but there is no concerns over sterility and the important parts that pertained to hygiene were clean/sterile. It was also a nice touch that when I left the salon they provided me with a cute little nail care package.

I have gone to Queen nails for many bio gel sets and fills... never have I been more disappointed with the service. Friday I got a full set of bio gel nails, the edges were not cleaned up and sloppy. A day later the gel chipped right off my nail, the girls were good and brought me back in to fix it for free. The nail they fixed looked 10 times better than the rest of the nails they originally had done. Two days later another nail chipped off and all I had done was open a spice jar. I called ahead to let them know I needed my nails redone and the gel to be applied thicker as my nails are already weak and brittle. (Hence, why I got the gel in the first place.) I was booked in today at 3:30 pm to then find out after I had driven 20 minutes in, that they only thought I wanted the one nail fixed after I had explained what I needed done over the phone hours prior. They made me sit and wait 45 minutes while they worked on another person who came in 20 minutes after me. After 45 minutes I asked how long I would be waiting and they told me another 30 minutes. I then walked out with nothing. I have had to go back three times in four days to fix the work they did. A 20 minute drive there and back. 40 minute drive total. I have had bio gel nails done for the last 7 years and have never had them chip or break. I am beyond disappointed and definitely won't be going back.

Honestly so VERY disappointed and grossed out! I went for a pedicure last week Friday may 19th. Not only were they very rude the materials they used were filthy! the man who was doing my pedicure kept setting the scrubby for my foot back in the caddy with all the other materials. He also pulled out a hot towel to put on my legs, the towel used to be white now it's grey and see through!... so gross! I watched a girl come in for a bikini wax and after she left they did not change the sheet or towel whatever it was draped over the bed! The next woman had to lay down on the bedding from the previous clients. Also my nails are all not painted properly, there is missing paint on all corners and first of all it wasn't the colour I wanted. (There is probably about 15 to choose from) while trying to set my shellac the light kept breaking and all of them were running around trying to figure out what they were going to do with me. Over all due to the light issue it took them over 2 hours to do my pedicure which is hands down the WORST I've ever received! They look horrible are far from cleaned up and refreshed and at that it was $52.00 insanity!!! That is robbery! And if they are charging that much you would think they could break down and spend some of the extra money on proper material. Il be taking my complaints to a higher level because that place is UN SANITARY!

I have been to this location, many times and I'm generally very happy with the service and cut. Today, however, I had the first time experience with Joanie, a new face to me. Joanie was beyond stellar! Her attention to detail and care was fabulous! Thanks Joanie!

Don't get your nails dipped they won't last very long. Mine only lasted a week and they said two to three weeks

Thorough pedicures. Excellent attention to detail. I haven't tried any of the other services but will definitely return. Lynn did my pedicure. 👌

I went to have my hair cut here several weeks ago. A young woman was asking me how I wanted my hair done and I told her just a little bit off the top- before I could get the chance to say I have cowlicks in the back she chopped it off. Now I can't style it in any way without both sides of the back of my head standing straight up (even with loads of hair product). Thanks so much for that!

The staff are super nice, the prices are good, and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. My favorite salon in Belleville :)

Very nice stylist, nice lobby with toys for the kids and a fireplace. My favorite hair stylist in town !
