HOW DOES THIS PLACE HAVE 4.5 stars! Please do not get mislead by this - by far the worst salon i have ever been to for waxing. I recently moved to Brampton and went to Alisha beauty salon since it was close to my home. I went there three weeks back (July 18 to be exact) for my Brazilian waxing and eyebrows. I have never had such a horrific experience in my life. The girl doing my waxing did not speak any English, and on top of that screwed up the Brazilian waxing so bad that I couldn't stop crying. I literally had to beg her to stop halfway (with wax stuck to me) and left the salon. I got home, and i had so much wax that was left on my body, that it took me hours to get the wax off. I was in so much pain, and had such a horrific experience that I HAD to write a review so people coming here will be more mindful. I wouldn't give them even 1 star but unfortunately i cant go lower than this. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of skill. Brazilian waxing requires a lot of training and skill, and I was so shocked that the salon owner would allow this to happen to her clients.

Had a terrible experience with them. I got my hair straightened but the chemicals they used weren't safe or properly used. It damaged my hair and its been five years now. They refused to take responsibility and just gave me a creme to apply, which didn't help at all. Avoid getting such treatments at this place.

My daughter and I went at 4 on a Friday with no appointment the lady squeezed us in. My daughter had her hair dyed cut and styled, I had a cut and style. Good price. Very friendly and accommodating. nice clean environment. Will go back!

Worse place for hair cut, never going there. All r them stupid this place should be shut down opening bussiness in Brampton nd rasict attitude.

Best place to get your waxing, threading, and haircuts. Guys will suggest you to go there and enjoy the customer service.

This is an AMAZING spa. It is the absolute best place to get your eyebrows done and Rupal is such a friendly technician. I would recommend Rupal Beauty Zone to everyone.

I honestly don't know what the previous review is talking about. Whenever I go I have excellent customer service and I always find their prices are cheaper than everywhere else. They do exactly what you want them to do and they don't argue for anything. They are always happy to help. I have been going to this place since it opened and I am very very pleased with everything that they do. Maybe the other reviewer had a really bad experience but I've only ever had good. That sucks for the other reviewer. I say try going back but that's just me.

Guys are awesome and full of energy. Better than vinces on Murray where they are full of gossip and garbage.

Really awful place. The staff clearly don't know what they're doing. I showed the "stylist" a picture of the haircut that I wanted. It was no where near what I got. They charged me $45 for an awful soccer mom haircut. Cheaper and and better cut at first choice hair cutters. Which was $20.

Went there first time for haircut. The girl there was polite and suggested a nice haircut and styling for my thinning hair. Loving my new hair now. Plus she unnecessarily did not cut my hair short. Will go again. $40 for wash+cut+styling

Brett had to fix another hairdresser's BIG disaster and he did a fabulous job and I won't go to anyone else

there was a wait because we did not make an appointment and went on a busy day/time. staff handled it very well and made sure we were comfortable while we waited and offered us beverages. very clean and professional. beautiful nails

Very pleasant experience. Tima is an expert hairstylist.
