HORRIBLE RESULTS & SERVICE! I went in for a groupon that said full highlights, cut and style. Huma was not very friendly, she came across rather irritated or annoyed that she had a new client. I showed her a picture of what I want, she said "yea no problem she can do it". Halfway through putting the highlights in her friend came in, she finished putting the highlights in and started doing her friends hair. After 40mins I told her it needs to be washed out. Huma then put toner in my hair for another 40min. she washed it out and I told her to keep the length and to only trim, she cut off nearly 2 1/2 - 3 inches! She then said its done, I had to remind her that the groupon said style! so she rushed and blow dried my hair, she didn't even bother to flat iron. I told her the wait was ridiculous I got there @ 1pm and left at 5pm! All for nothing because I ended up going to the hair stylist down stairs to fix the mess she did. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND HUMA!! however, the hairstylist downstairs was very good!

On Sept 30, 2015 I walked into the hair salon in the morning and made an appointment for 12:45. i returned at 12:45 and the stylist was finishing up a hair cut. First, she did not even acknowledge me standing there. Then a man walked in and said that he needed a hair cut and she said to him "please take a seat" and proceeded to cut his hair. REALLY?????? Needless to say that I walked out never to return.

Top notch service.

I've had more good cuts here then bad. But my experience yesterday left me wishing I hadn't gone. Time to find a new Salon.

I've been coming here for as long as i can remember, When they moved from their previous location i still keep coming, love the service and the friendly ladies that's there, always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I would recommend any new customers to try it, you won't regret it 👍👍

Remonda was stylist, told her I wanted to grow out hair but wanted an inverted bob and showed her pictures. I got an asymmetrical Dora the explorer haircut that did not taper at back but gradually sloped from one side to the other! When I went back to "fix" it, she told me what I wanted never listening to what I really wanted. She advised me she would charge me to recut. No way! I won't let her touch my hair after this. I'm going back to the other stylist who I wanted to cut my hair in the first place. I'll post on if Carmelita can fix this fiasco. Learn from my mistake. Don't be afraid to refuse a stylist if you have a preference.

I got balayage look from Liz. I ran away last night due to busy night but today I returned and got a awesome look. Once again Liz did a great job.

The staff were extremely professional. The establishment was neat and tidy. My stylist spent a lot of time on my hair. I got a haircut, which was $28 which was admittedly quite pricey, however my stylist (Gino) spent a lot of time with me.
