One of the Male staff with long hair working there has severe problem in understanding my requests in English. In the beginning of my haircut when I requested twice the same thing, he was showing off his attitude to me saying that I understand English and you already told me about it and it is my style of hair cutting. Later on I was trying to communicate with him and it seems he was lost and not understanding. Ex. I asked him to do V shape cut in my back of the head and he was so arrogant ended up doing U shape. I asked him the price for hair color and he said $9 which was the price for the hair cutting and then he was arguing with me that he did not said that and I was ended up paying for hair color as he requested. Huge problem in communicating in English with this long hair attitude showing guy. Being human and having respect for him and his business environment, I did not create any big drama in Canadiana Hair Fashions Shop. I want him to read this and take a lesson from his mistake so he will not be doing this to the other customer and so it will be win win for him, his business and customers. I am not happy with his customers service at all plus I did not become happy with his hair cutting and hair coloring work as well. The other lady, she is better doing her job than this guy. It was very dissatisfying experience of giving business to Canadiana Hair Fashions Shop.I really hope after reading this, they will try to improve their services to their loyal customers. Well I am among one of their loyal customers since a year and half.

As always, Mario and his staff excelled themselves today. Highlights by Ashley, an amazing head massage and the perfect cut by Mario left me looking and feeling fabulous. I drove almost 2 hours in the snow to get my hair done.....so worth it. To find a salon that does your hair exactly how you want it, uses great products and is endlessly helpful is rare. Well.... I found one in Onare.

I've been seeing Joe for many years, excellent value! Best place for a basic haircut. I give them 8/10!

I get my hair cut and coloured by Dina. She is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend getting your haircut/colour from her. Dina is not the only one I'd recommend at this salon, everyone at the salon was super sweet and created a pleasant environment to be in. Dina was a great hair stylist; Very pleasant to talk to, gave great advice, and gave me the exact haircut I had asked for! I'd highly recommend!!
