Katie is a ball of energy and doesn't waste any time. I absolutely love my new haircut and style. The decor and relaxed, friendly atmosphere are a bonus. I'll definitely be back for my next haircut and free bang trim!

Very friendly staff. Wait time is minimal but if you have to wait. I suggest using their massage chair. It's $6 for 20 minutes. I am hooked. *update* The massage chair was removed. It was having too many mechanical issues.

They are very friendly and really try to understand what you want. The prices aren't bad either! So fortunate that an excellent business is located in such a small town as ours.

Wouldn't recommend this nail salon at all! My sisters and I went there to get a gel manicure and a fill. Our nails looked bad. Bumpy, uneven, not filled correctly even though we keep telling them to please fix them before painting them. Plus they are so harsh with your nails. Very messy and not organized one bit.

I have been going here for many years. All of the staff is very detail oriented, and make good efforts to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend this business.

Colleen is AMAZING! Definitely one of the best colors and cuts I've ever had. She did a trendier cool/very light blonde and KILLED it.

Employees follow way too closely. They are highly judgmental, biased and stereotype you, based on a multitude of factors from the way you look to what you carry . This is a place where a customer can come and try some makeup. So I wouldn't like to be over-dressed here , just to avoid the pains of removing make up to try out new ones . Besides,they don't keep enough makeup removal aids and when you ask them for help with it, they give you something very stingily. I carry my own wipes & hold them out visibly just to avoid the horror stories of theft accusations. The last time that I was here, a lid from a concealer rolled out from where I was standing. I was accused of dropping it . Well, for a moment I thought that I had, and I was quick to apologize but the employee just rolled her eyes for God knows what, as nothing had even spilled over! All the drama when I had not even dropped it, as I noticed that it was rolling over from a different rack. I used up all my points at the billing that day, resolving that I would stick to Sephora for premium products and Target for drugstore backups. Their facial services weren''t worth a dime after Madison left

Very professional. Both Carmen and Esther do a wonderful job. Carmen knows exactly the kind of hair I have. It is very hard to manage because is coarse. She knows my hair and cuts it just the way i like.

Kim is amazing. She can turn lifeless locks back into beautiful hair at a reasonable price.
