If you have an event in Napa or Sonoma this is the best salon to go for a quick blow dry. I worked with Nina who did a great job blow drying my hair. They were really professional and warm. Me and my friend loved the products they used as well. A must go if you are in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Haircut was rushed. Looks horrible. It was actually painful when she sped through with the machine. I told her I'm in town for a wedding. She should be ashamed of what she did and I'm astonished she was given a job to cut hair.

I absolutely trust Song with my unruly, curly hair. Perfect cut every time! When my children visit from out of state they always go to Song for their haircuts before leaving.

I have been going to Linda for years and my kids go to Linda or Tina for their haircuts. Can't beat he price and quick job. Quick doesn't mean sloppy! I will evaluate their pedicure after I try it.

I had multiple horrible experiences at the Rohnert Park Great Clips. (See my review for their store, it's bad.) We used to live in Windsor, but moved to Sebastopol, near Cotati and thought the RP salon would be the same as the Windsor salon, but it's not. I had my hair butchered by Kitty in RP and I was just sick about it. I'd been trying to grow it out for months, since the last time Kitty butchered it in September. Don't know why I always get her... Anywho... I emailed their manager and she did give me a $25.00 refund. Now to the Windsor salon... I decided to drop in while I was in town for another appointment and see if they could do something to fix my disaster of a haircut that left me looking like I had a crooked brown helmet stuck to my head. I asked for Jenna, because she has always done an excellent job cutting my hair in the past. I'm so thankful for her!!! She not only did an excellent job fixing my hair, but they didn't charge me for the cut, and I can actually style it! The staff is always so nice and I will be making the trip back to Windsor for my next haircut.
