Calandra did an amazing job on my hair. I am very fussy about who I let cut my hair and I left very happy. Plus she took my hair from a dark brown to a blonde over 2 visits and did a great job of keeping my hair healthy not turning it into straw lol I definitely recommend her services

I've had mixed results here. In general I got a good cut, color and style, but I found the staff to be dismissive and impersonal. It's also not a good place for kids cuts. They really struggled.

ULTA manement needs to hire better sales/customer service reps. Went on Friday evening, was never greeted, shopped for 30 mins, waiting for assistance, 2 store employees came right by me and didn't even bother to ask if I needed help, i ended up trying on the products myself and then HAD to look for an associate for assistance. This store has the poorest customer service! This will be my first and last visit to this store. Smh.
