I've been going to Liza for years since I moved to Mendocino. My hair is really hard to cut since I have two cowlicks. She cuts it perfectly every time and only charges $20 (compare that to your salon in the city and you have to pay $35).
As a response to "sage". It's a small town so the owner uses her cellphone to manage the business on the go. You can call to make an appointment now though because she has people working on the weekdays.

Excellent experience. Amazing haircut! Joe is Sassoon-trained, and it really shows. I haven't gotten a better cut in any of the large cities where I've lived. I won't go anywhere else in the area, and wish I could put him in my pocket when I leave.
