I followed my hairstylist here, Joy, from her Nuuanu store. Yeah, she's that good. She really takes the time to get my haircut just the way I want it. This store looks very similar to their other locations. Its clean and someone is always sweeping up all the cut hair. They have a bathroom in the back of the store past the hair washing stations. The rest of the staff here seem nice and very knowledgeable about their craft.

I walked in several weeks ago and a lady who just came in to start working spoke with me and she was most accommodating and hurried to get everything ready, was very pleasant (sorry don't recall her name), I have waist length hair that needed a trim, she asked how much to take off and unlike many, many haircuts I have had before; she cut off exactly what I told her, and I was a happy camper! I have gone here several times as a walk in and I do not have any negative experience to report.

This salon is glamtastic!! The resort is beautiful and Reve nestles in nicely. All the stylists are incredible, but Ashlee goes so far above and beyond the norm. I love the whole experience!!

I just came into this location for the first time to get a trim on my bangs and my hair thinned out just a little bit, since I'm trying to grow out my hair. The lady that serviced me today did what was told but during the session, she said that my hair was uneven, so she offered to fix it, so I think to myself "Oh, I didn't know that. Let's get it fixed while I'm here" but to my discovery after I left the store, she ends up making it even MORE obviously uneven. I am incredibly disappointed as I had to pay about $20 just for a slight trim and then I come out needing another haircut to fix the mess this woman has made. I don't understand how this lady cuts hair for a living. How do you claim that your customer's hair is uneven, offer to fix it and then butcher it even more? Unbelievable.

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning before they officially open. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment and found they took someone else in my place. No apology. No offer of a discount. Nothing. Never going back.

Terrible experience, after getting my haircut here for years i came back from living abroad and scheduled an appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get there and called to say id be ten minutes late. The girl one the phone was snobby and told me as long as it was only ten minutes that would be ok. When i got there twelve minutes late they acted like i had just disrupted theire whole schedule for the year! Then they said if i wanted to wait half hour they could squeeze me in. I explaned that i couldn't and they said they would cancel for me. The whole experience from the first time i made an appointment was uncomfortable. Since when is getting a haircut like a job interview? The worst part is i used to go there for years and always tipped very well.

This is the oldest business in the shopping center. The owner is a sweet older woman who took over from her mother before her. Great haircut!

Leslie was great to work with! For someone who is planning a destination wedding, It gives me peace of mind to know that she is so professional and responsive to whatever concerns I have. Leslie is so approachable and easy to talk to that I felt comfortable and had fun while we were working together. I like the fact that she emphasizes on enhancing your features and not make you look like a completely different person with makeup. Not only did she do such an awesome job for my engagement photos but on the wedding day she really made me shine! Leslie, Thank you for being so patient with me and saving my brother-in-law from his sunburn mishap~ I couldn't have chosen a better artist like yourself and thank you for being a part of our special day!
