I honestly could not live without the talents of Milton and Leo. Milton has been cutting my hair for about 25 years now (how is that possible?) and Leo does the most amazing coloring, looks totally natural! I’d give more stars if I could! ❤️

I love this place. Always friendly, alway clean, and always a great cut. Chelsea is my go to stylist shes always welcoming and always does my hair right. If you need a cut and you are in town this is your place to be. Trust me, once you personally sit in one of thier chairs, you'll love it. Thank you CHELSEA!

I went in to get a cut and color service with Lei. Before I left the salon the hair looked okay. But when I got home and spent some time really looking at it, I noticed so many flaws. I went in wanting to go from a blonde balayage to an all over brown. But I ended up having red at the root, still could see some blonde and the ends are a light pink (which she said would fade) which was understandle but I didn’t realize how much more damage was done.. even the haircut was so uneven.There’s a strand of hair on the front left that’s way longer than the right side. I’ve never had a bad experience with my hair until I came here. Granted I went in during a special but still such a waste of my money and It wasn’t even close to what I wanted.

One of only few places on island that sold specific style hair straightener. Lady even stayed open few minutes late for me to purchase.

I've always had a wonderful experience at the Paul Brown salon. I recommend you go there for haircuts, color, and for makeup and brow waxing. It's always good.

I went to this location several times because they did a great job for a low price. I always got what I wanted and left happy.

So I came here before they opened, I had scheduled online and although they had delays in opening, they honored my appointment New years eve which is just A+ customer service (not to mention it was complimentary). I had never been to a dry bar despite living right next to one in LA for 3 years. I was first amazed at how beautiful it was in there! A gentleman was my stylist (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he was wonderful!). I was seated to look at the styles but being indecisive we went to wash. Comfy chairs, I got the bay breeze shot add-on and the massage was to die for. The stylist was sooo cool too, we chatted about living in LA and Hawaii. We sat back down and he started by just blowing it out dry. SO FAST. Is it magic blow dryers?! It was GORGEOUS, smooth with a bit of volume, I almost stopped there but I decided to go further and get some curl. He curled my hair like it's not been curled before, soft, and smooth, and I have very damaged hair! It was bouncy and beautiful and SMELLED SO GOOD. MY HAIR SMELLED GOOD FOR 3 DAYS. IT WAS SO SOFT. I have bleached blonde hair that I do not take care of. This is why I'm going to get a barfly membership. They're officially open for online booking, and I tell ya - I'm gonna buy all the sprays just so my hair smells like this all the time. I have a fantastic hair colorer/cutter (Sabre Salon!) but I'll come here just as a pop in spa treatment. Everyone was so nice - If their customer service is always like this, (and my hair always smells like this) then it's well worth it! Even though I have to get out of work early if I want a conditioning treatment (6:15 is the last appt for a blow out).

I will NEVER go to this place again. She didn't cut my hair at all like i wanted (V shape with long layers). It was choppy and uneven, i have curly hair and she cut it dry with a razor, PAINFUL. A 5 year old could have done a better job, honestly. When i complained she didn't fix it at all. When i asked to have my hair shampooed and styled she said it would be an EXTRA 40$ on top of what i was paying already. But the shampoo was INCLUDED in the price i paid which was clearly stated in the front of the salon. One of the worst hair cuts I've gotten. DON'T GO HERE

I had a good first experience at this place. Attendants were friendly and helpful. I got the hair cut and style that I wanted too. Will definitely be a repeat customer. :)
