Beauty Salon

Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere. Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to get to location with ample parking.

I had IPL therapy done by Karen and the results were amazing. Her calm demeanor and professionalism makes for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Best bathing suit shopping experience I've had! Really helpful team members who understand how suits are supposed to fit. It's great to mix and match tops and bottoms to get the right sizes. And an excellent value for what I got. Thanks again!

Wonderful people. Quality work.

I went there today for a pedicure and Sarah was very friendly and the spa was very welcoming. She did a great job on my toes and I could not be more pleased. The price is very reasonable and the ability to book online through mindbody (an app) was very convenient. I know the address on this is wrong, please note, I believe the spa has moved to 1322 battle street.

I found audras by using the yellow pages on my phone. I live in williams lake and visit kamloops regularly to see family. I needed a wax and almost 2 years later i still make my way to kamloops to see the my good friend audra. She is awsome, friendly and knows her stuff. I have had pedis, waxings, massage. Each visit i leave having had a great experience.

Is this place still even around? Nothing but horrible experiences here. Had I known it was Sandra's place from the former Merle Normans I would never have booked. She stole the company contact list and was spamming clients who were MN's clients not hers. Anyways had horrible service with the usual Sandra drama and another time my friends booked us all in and I had not known which spa until the day of and they messed up our appointment so badly and lied to us telling us they could do us all at the same time just to get us there and booked. They could only do 2 at a time so the others hung around waiting to keep us company so we weren't left and kept the rest of our group waiting late for dinner. Never ever go here.

Was in today for pedi for myself, mani for daugher and remove and replace polish for granddaughter. Were hustled in and within 20 minutes my pedi was done. No massage to speak of. Just cream on legs and 2 rubs up and down and over Granddaughter's polish replacement cost $25.00, way too much for time it took. None of us happy with service and value. Paying cash only is an inconvenience. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
