Ridiculous $10 minimum charge.
So if you need something that cost less then $10 (like washers , nuts or bolts duh go figure)
You'll have to purchase something else to get you up to the minimum or... get ready for this
They will charge you $10 for that item even if its cost is less. (Not joking)
Go to bolts around the corner.. they were aware of brafasco's policy.. said people come in all the time... they had a good laugh about the joke "policy" and gave me my specialty bolt and washer for $1.
