Staff was not very friendly. I was looking to make a large siding purchase (enough to for a new house and a new garage) but the staff didn't seem to want to take the time to show off their products or tell me about any options

Things have changed a lot in the last 12 months. My experience with Matt and his team have been excellent. Service is great. New building new displays etc.
They are working hard to make things right.
If you had a bad experience in the past give them another shot, you'll see a big difference.
