very disappointed. My wife and i spent an hour with Kevin picking out material and style for 2 bathroom vanities. We were told he would have a quote for us on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went , figured it was busy and sent an email to confirm the quote was coming on the Thursday... no reply . Phoned Kevin directly on the following Tuesday and inquired as to the status of the quote and his words were they should be able to get that done (quote) and it would be coming in the next couple of days. Needless to say , I never heard back . Not sure what the issue was; job to small , too busy, regardless you wasted my time - we came in on a word of mouth recommendation , all you needed to do was let us know what the issue was and we could move on, which we obviously did. Poor Customer Service very disappointed.

Adrian, Dave, Jordan and the rest of the Absolute team are certainly passionate professionals who take pride in their work. They are prompt, efficient and stick to deadlines. Adrian has a keen design sense. Our new kitchen is simply stunning thanks to Absolute.
