I had a walk- in-closet built and a floating cabinet for my bathroom. Dave and his people did top quality work. Very professional, just great people. I give it 5 stars .

Did a great job installing crown molding for us. Very pleased with their work.

Had our bathroom remodeled by KDI. They did an excellent job. We dealt with Jeff out of the Trenton store and he did a great job and was very helpful and professional. We also would recommend Billy (one of the installers) to anybody. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

I used them in early 2018 for a wetbar in my basement. Let me tell you, customer service was AMAZING. David is a wonderful man, and he made all of our kitchen dreams come true. We had a picture we found online, and he matched what we wanted within our budget in such an amazing fashion!

This is a great place to buy cabinets. The staff helped me through the whole process. Installation was done professionally and we really did save a lot of money buying from them. Use them. My wife and I are glad we did.

We had House of fine Carpentry redo our columns in the front of our house. Service was excellent (some other companies would not even provide us with a quote!) Dealing with Rory made it hassel free and we have added much needed equity into our home!

I loved my experience with Ottawa Kitchen Solutions for my kitchen. They are a family business that truthfully understood what I wanted and had creative suggestions to best fit the space we were working with. I would have never thought to make some of these changes but cannot believe the transformation! I would 100% recommend them and know that they will take pride in every job they work on. Thank you Don, Gabe, and Mat for bringing my dream kitchen to life!

We have used them for multiple home projects. Very knowledgeable, worked with us on cabinet layout. They can be as involved as you need them to be. They thought of the little but very important details that made our home improvements successful! 1-kitchen-done 1-butler's pantry-done, 1-master bath addition in the works. 1-bathroom remodel to go! We continue to trust and rely on their knowledge.

The cabinets were installed via the builder, and had trouble with their cabinets from Day 1, keep in mind they say the warranty is 10 years on all cabinet part. Inside of the cabinet is cheap plywood which gets damage with water drops very easily. When we tried to use to warranty they mentioned that we did not purchase the upgrade cabinets which are better quality and don't get damage by water. after few years the cabinet paint start pilling off and some area of the cabinet surface start to have wrinkles. Again, when I tried to use the warranty the answer was it is wear and tear, basically they are saying you can't touch the cabinets and if you do it voids the warranty. In short, their 10 years warranty is just a marketing show and they don't honor their warranty. Unfortunately, their product doesn’t stand the test of time either, would not go near this place. To bad there is no 0 stars

Was there on Saturday and the young girl who was there was not very pleasant. Asked a few questions regarding kitchen cabinets and was very rude. Although we were interested in purchasing some cabinets, we decided to go elsewhere. We would not give our business to people like that.

Loved Greg and the whole staff for providing personalized service and always being accommodating! I loved the design and ideas they gave us, helped us put the whole thing together. Not to mention Ryan, the installer, was always prompt and on time. He worked long hours to make sure it was just right! We love our new kitchen.
