We just recently had our living room built-ins installed in our Muskoka home, and were so pleased to find that there was still a knowledgeable, reliable, professional company such as Royal Custom Cabinets and Closets. With all the bad things we had heard about, in regards to some contractors, we have to say we are extremely happy that we laid our trust in this company. From the start it was such a pleasant experience. Needless to say our project, like most, was not one of any easy task, but they really made it look easy while re leaving us of any of our concerns. We were amazed by everything from the quality of the workmanship, the knowledge and pleasantness of the designer, and the definite experience of the installers, that clearly showed in the finish of the final product. We are so proud to show off our new Entertainment / Fireplace Surround to all our friends and family. Thanks to everyone at Royal

Top quality custom cabinets great service and value.

Had a kitchen made by them in June 2019. Took them all summer to install. White paint did not match up, Brown paint chipped, moldings did not line up. Was told they would fix all. Guess what. March 2022 and still waiting. They seemed like such nice people. Guess I was fooled

Great service!! Some of the nicest cabinets and designs I have ever seen. Walter and Martin were always responsive and provide quality workmanship. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Terrible craftsmanship Paris kitchen was the Vendor of choice by our builders (Lash). The service we received from the designer was very good. He gave us some great options and opinions. The problem was the delivered product was just terrible. We paid for an upgrade of the larger fridge. This means the cabinetry needed to be built taller to accommodate the tall fridge. Instead of custom making a taller cabinet, they added a piece at the bottom. This is the view one sees as they enter the unit. It was done cheaply, botchy and very unattractive. Unfortunately I can never recommend Paris kitchens. I will never use them or have any of my friends and family use them. 💯 not worth the outrageous price we paid.

Built my pharmacy millwork perfectly to the specs I provided, on time and at a fair price. Jessie was quick to respond and fix anything I needed and even made last minute changes without any issues. I could not be happier with the results!

We are in the market for new kitchen counter tops, We found Cabinets and Granite direct from our local 905 Directory, the reviews where good. We are still in our shopping stage, but are order our counter tops thru Cabinets and granite direct. There pricing is great ( Much lower than the big box stores) the customer service is also very good, friendly helpful staff. Will update our review once we have completed our installation.
