Stay away from this company! No customer service or care, no pride in their work. Unless you are willing to spend good money and accept not properly finished work go elsewhere. From the moment they installed the kitchen, even before taking possession of the house we are trying to get things rectified. So far no one has done anything. To be honest : they do not care. We paid extra for the kitchen and got less. This company is more interested in fat catches for who they even replace parts after more than a year. About the same period that we are trying to get some attention. It is frustrating to learn they cannot even build a wine rack. The holes are massive (big enough to store magnum champagne bottles; we showed and measured a regular wine bottle) and the height is more than the width: strange.

Avoid this company.! They do not care one bit about the delivery and install of their product. Showroom visits, leaving voice mails and sending emails are not followed up. And then when the owner finally appears to take ownership he denies receipt of emails and voicemails, throws an employee under the bus whilst he failed to follow up in the first place and refuses to correct their mistakes and shortcomings. No, go to one of the local companies where they take pride in their work and make sure that your dream is fulfilled according to what you agree upon. Only at Progressive they cut short toe kicks, crown mouldings and provide you with wine racks that have not holes with the same height and width.

Was not greeted - employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked if they had a certain product and I’m almost positive they didn’t check. Would not recommend to anyone.

i am really HAPPY with my new kitchen; I find myself getting-up before the others, so I can just sit, sip coffee, look out in the back yard and ENJOY CabinetWorks craftmanship!

Overall just a great place, from countertops to home decor, they have everything here, along with a really helpful and nice crew.
