The staff at Cabinetree were so helpful in designing our kitchen/bathrooms and laundry room cabinets for our new home. Anne Grills helped us so much in getting the right design and helping us pick out our counter tops and handles as well. Our new house built in 2010 included a kitchen designed by Paul Holden which we loved. Sadly defective plumbing, not their fault, has caused water damage to the countertop and under sink cabinet over the years. Although a deluge of orders has meant they are not taking on any new customers now, Paul Holden has provided us with the replacement parts for another carpenter to install as well as a lot of valuable advice. I am so grateful to Brad Holden for his support for a project that will pay less than $500 while another contractor is managing the retrofit with new plumbing, sink, granite countertops, and more. His generosity in helping us get the job done to replace the rotting elements of our kitchen island now, instead of asking us to wait until 2022 to fit into their work schedule, goes far beyond our expectations. Bravo Brad Holden and I strongly recommend this company's loyalty to assist its former customers

We had our kitchen installed by Kitchen Cabinet Solutions, what a wonderful job they did. Very friendly. Good people to deal with too. Highly recommended... it has been a year since installation and we still absolutely love our kitchen. A+ all the way.

I just called this place to see if they could do some millwork repair in our clinic. I told them my name and company and the receptionist instantly says: "I am sorry, we are not interested" and hanged up on me. It is clearly stated in their website that they do commercial work. So, is this what they do every time they have a Potential commercial customer inquiring about their services? Horrible!!

Our kitchen island was assembled on site in August of 2016. The sides of each panel do not line up well, causing a rough edge at each 90 degree angle. This has caused early wear in areas where objects, feet brush up or touch the cabinet - the bare wood shows through & is very obvious because of the contrasting dark finish. As well the finish, dark gray, started coming off the top edge of 2 of the drawer faces almost immediately after installation. It took almost 18 months for Cardinal to fix this problem. This problem wasn’t addressed with all of the drawer faces & now the one that wasn’t replaced is pealing. Cardinal never really apologized or made us feel as though they wanted us to be 100% satisfied. I would never recommend Cardinal kitchens to anyone.
