Camp

This is a great place for a getaway. The owners could not be nicer, the fishing is great and the lake is about 10 miles long. I would highly recommend this for someone that wants to go fishing in Canada there's also several more lakes you can go to in under 15 minutes.

Cheap campground but top class showers, among the best I've seen both un Europe (Switzerland/Italy included) and Canada. The spots are quiet and the WiFi is decent. Amazingly competent owners.

Still the nicest fark for a family vacation. Been coming here for nearly 50 years since 1960s. Love it.

Poorly managed and cruel to guests. The owner shows up each Wednesday to collect your money and that is all you see of her. The rest of the time the place is run by an unhappy, high turn over staff who do their best. We stayed here for many years. Early on the place was happy. Over the years something has gone terribly wrong. The cabin we stayed in has a mouse problem. We always traveled with two trapped and during the week trapped at least four. You hear them in the ceiling as you try to sleep. We now stay five files away to Indian lake resort. Better price. Better lodging. Very friendly. Mouse free. Their customer service includes instantly cleaning your fish and bring to your cabin. Amazing fishing in this chain of lakes. I suggest you Stay where you feel like family and not at Clark’s where you feel needless stress caused by the owner.

Over 40 years of some of the best fishing, 3 differant owners and some of the greatest memories at timber edge camps I've had the joy of catching 29" walleyes 21" smalley and 42" northern, but my favorite memories is experiencing my son and 3 grandkids catch awesome fish, and experience Canadian widerness with excellent accomodations. Visited Manotak for the first time in September of 2016. The first thing we noticed was how clean and orderly the resort was. The second thing was how friendly the staff was. The food was amazing, the cabin was very clean and the boats were top notch. I need to emphasize how great the staff was - from the cooks to the dock hands. We booked our spring 2017 trip before we left. Thank you Christine and Steve for a wonderful fishing trip! Edit: Just returned from our 2017 trip. It was great to see the same friendly staff had returned. The fishing was fantastic - the meals were superb - just had a great time. We're already looking forward to our 2018 trip. Many thanks to Christine, Steve, Jeremiah and the entire staff.

Wine Lake Camp is the best place and lake system we have fished in 25 years in Canada!! We will return each year until we can't. Nick and his crew and family are absolutely great. A truly wonderful experience!! The fishing is the best we have ever seen in Canada.

5 Star operation! The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The plane looked nearly new and the pilot was highly skilled and very competent. The accommodations are great, clean and comfortable. Plus you'll get more food than you can eat. Now the fun part. The fishing was fantastic! After an hour of fishing we lost track of how many walleyes we caught. The numbers of fish in the lake is amazing and they seem to be biting all the time. We'll be back again in 2018.

Fishing any time of year is awesome.
