Great spot for high diving. Several diving boards and ~15-25foot cliffs.
Arrive early to get a parking spot near a table/water entry point. The late you arrive the more likely you'll be parking in direct sunlight.
Lots of young people, some families. People generally mind their own business, as long as you're not starting any fights you'll be left alone.
The poutine from the food shack is great and a reasonable price, can't speak for the other food.
No dogs allowed, 10$ a head, camping available (although there is a lack of firepits).
All in all a great spot for a day trip. Fairly unique beach experience.

This park is spectacular.... we stayed in one of their Yurts which was an economical and awesome way to spend the weekend. Older washroom facilitie is the only drawback I could find but that is easily overcome by amazing scenery and a wonderful "out in nature" experience
