Super good place

Lovely Modular Home park. Quite large--I believe 125 units. Clubhouse available for activities and tenants can book for special occasions. Friendly get-togethers and potlucks. Small pet allowed. Very friendly community. I would give 5 stars but there is no parking for visitors; some modular parks have designated visitor parking. Having said that, some units have extra parking space, some units only have one parking space so their visitors would have to park on the street outside the park. A real plus for this park is it is centrally located in the heart of Penticton so all your needs are within walking distance--the hospital is only two blocks away. The largest mall in the city (Cherry Lane) is only one block away. This is the ideal park to be in. It is a 55+ park.

Great place to stay. Good rates, includes free showers, WIFI etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. All of the amenities are within walking distance of the Resort. Summer wine tour travelers or Snowbirds alike will enjoy their stay.

Always good for a bass or two

Fitkidz is such a special place. My son loves it there as the instructors and staff are so kind, and engaging. Cheryl the receptionist is always so pleasant and accomadating. So grateful to have connected with this gym. Highly recommended!

We had no idea what a wonderful place this would be to stay. The sites are close together but the minute you pull in they make you part of the family. The facilities are very clean and the community kitchen was awesome for whipping up our meals. I am so glad we picked this location, just wished we had more than 2 nights there. We will make it a point to come back and attend some of the activities!

Awesome place mostly private

We are returning again! Its a lovely spot to park our little RV. Clean and quiet! Hope the pool is open?

Well kept, beautiful yards

Our daughter goes here, and loves it. She has learned so much and her confidence to do new skills has gone up drastically. Our son loves going to the drop ins too.

OxBow RV resort is nice and in a nice area.

Nice location. Terrible condition. Low water pressure on site. Needs some up keep.

It was a beautiful site...very quiet and well maintained

Been coming here since I was a kid it's "paradise" as my kids are saying it's nice to see after 30 years you can still come here now as a parent and enjoy it with my children nice owners and peaceful recommend to anyone who wants a little serenity. Be back for sure next year. Thanks maple leaf my kids don't want to leave. Lol

Chute lake resort is located at... chute lake? Nowhere near lakeshore.

Often busy but a great campsite right on the lake.
