I came in with a shoulder injury from the gym. After a few sessions we were able to identify the problem, treat the injury and I was able to learn several preventative exercises to reduce risk of injury in the future. Very helpful and extremely friendly service!

I experienced an injury to my right shoulder while keeping up with a high-intensity work-out video back in April 2016. After months of constant pain also causing lack of sleep, I went to my doctor and received a cortisone shot that helped me; unfortunately, the relief was short-lived and the pain returned about a month later. I met Dr. Jason Adams at the beginning of 2017 and we started my treatment shortly thereafter. I can happily report that my shoulder is pain FREE after just eight treatments of electric acupuncture. He knows his stuff and is very helpful when he is explaining the treatment and showing you which muscle needs to be fixed. I highly recommend Dr. Jason to those that are suffering from injury or pain of some sort, but also to those that just need a chiropractic adjustment to help with their day-to-day life. After many years of neck muscle pain and massage therapy with unsuccessful results , i resorted to chiropractic care due to a family member's suggestion. The day after my first visit i was pain free for a few days. I know this is a process but after 1 month of care i feel a noticable change in my neck from the first time i seen Dr. John Diplock. After developing a trust i decided to bring my 10 month old baby in for a check up and after her second visit she started sleeping full nights as opposed to waking up 2-3 times a night just long enough to disturb her sleep. Now i also sleep better and we all wake up on the right side of the bed.
