Under their new ownership they seem really nice, I switched from goodlife and the amount of power racks and variety of equipment is amazing. Being one of the only other 24 hr gyms this is a must for me. Even the artwork and music are little things that make this place that much better

Will is one of the best chiropractors that I have ever seen! I injured my back more than three years ago and he's been able to solve my issues almost instantaneously. LOVE THIS GYM! I was at one of the big box gyms before the BFRC and would never go back! The staff and other members are so friendly here and the gym feels like home. Never any wait times for machines or weights, lots of different classes both in mornings and evenings which works perfect for a busy schedule!
